I’m a writer and lover of Sunday mornings with pots of coffee and jazz music.

I have a gypsy soul with a heart full of adventure. I’ll forever be in love with spring sunrise, the sound of birds at 7am, running away to Italy, and anything 70s or French. I get my wandering gene from my Grandfather, who’s family were travelers. He rooted in Birmingham, eventually, but still continued to move house every year when he felt the need to run away.

I’m in my 30s now. I still haven’t got my life ‘figured out’ in the traditional sense, but I’ve never felt so free. Louise Hay, Eckhart Tolle, Oprah Winfrey and Dr Bruce Lipton have utterly changed my life. How liberating it is to realise how powerful the mind and love is. 

I love connecting with people. Words are powerful and I hope mine bring you snippets of joy to warm your soul.
